Brandt the wife, who lives at 311 Cherokee Ave, Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska and Edward C. Brandt, 1515 N Greenwich, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />We were married on the 23t" day of December, 2004 in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />No children were born to this marriage. <br />We both desire to settle by agreement all of our marital affairs, <br />including the division of all of our property and bills. <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of our mutual promises, and other good and <br />valuable consideration, we agree as follows: <br />1.We both desire and agree to permanently live separate and apart from <br />each other, as if we were single, according to the terms of this <br />agreement. We each agree not to annoy, harass, or interfere with the <br />other in any manner. <br />2.We both agree that the following issues have been resolved as <br />follows: <br />REAL ESTATE: Property described as LOT 14, BLOCK 1, DALE ROUSH SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION, GRAi�1D ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA shall be retained by <br />the Petitioner. <br />VEHICLES: 1994 Oldsmobile will be retained by the Petitioner and the <br />1993 Ford F150 Pickup will be retained by the Respondent. <br />HOUSEHOLD GOODS: Household goods have been divided and agreed upon by <br />the Petitioner and Respondent and both have agreed that each shall keep <br />items as decided upon. <br />PERSONAL PROPERTY: Petitioner and Respondent have agreed that each <br />shall have personal items belonginq to them. <br />DEBTS: Only debt in both names is the property above described as Real <br />������ <br />Page�of g <br />.� <br />B �6 r ° n 29 � <br />000030211D08 <br />I <br />
