<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County, 9�` Judicial District of the
<br />State of Nebraska, Case No. CI10-390, wherein MARKOWITZ, LLC, Plaintiff, and DANA „�, � b
<br />HANSEN, ET AL, Defendants, Plaintiff did obtain a decree fmding that there is due from DANA
<br />HANSEN, ET AL, the sum of UNKNOWN AMOITNT.
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by said DANA HANSEN, ET AL, that Jerry Watson, Sheriff of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be and sold
<br />according to law to pay the same, and,
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said SherifF of said county, under and
<br />by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on the 2 day of Mazch,
<br />2011, at the lower lobby of the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall,
<br />Nebraska, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication
<br />once in each week for four successive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in
<br />said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT
<br />FOR HLTMANITY for the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00), which sale was afterward
<br />examined and confirmed and the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in
<br />fee simple to the said GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, and,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, Nebraska, as
<br />aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the
<br />decree of said court, do hereby give, gra.nt and convey to the said GRAND ISLAND AREA
<br />HABITAT FOR HUMANITY and its assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />LOT 6, BLOCK 11, ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />To Have and to Hold the Same unto the said GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT ROR
<br />HUMANITY and its assigns forever, free and clear of any and all liens foreclosed in the above
<br />mentioned action.
