<br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage executed by
<br />Roberts Pump & Supply Co., a Nebraska Corporation, Mortgagor, to The State
<br />Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank,
<br />Mortgagee, under the Mortgage dated June 10,1984 in which The State Bank of
<br />Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary,
<br />said Mortgage being recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office on July 18,
<br />1984 as document number 84-033809, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$20,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Release of Mortgage be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Release of Mortgage, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty,
<br />to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder, legally described as follow:
<br />The West Thirty (30) Feet of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Forty-three (43), Packer
<br />and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Six (6), thence running Southerly
<br />along the West line of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) a distance of One Hundred Twenty Feet
<br />(120') to the Southwest corner of Lot Seven (7); thence nuLning Easterly a distance of
<br />Thirty FeeY (30'); thence ru�ing Northerly a distanc� of One Hundred Twenty F��t
<br />(120') to a point Thirty feet (30') Easterly of the point of beginning; thence running
<br />Westerly Thirty Feet (30') to the point of beginning.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Release of
