<br />1. Substitutioa of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by ROBERT MARVIN YEAGER AND DEE ANN YEAQER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in
<br />which EQUITABLE BANK FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 29, 1996,, and recorded MARCH 5, 1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds ��
<br />of I3t�.L County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 96-1oi618 regarding the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by ROBERT MARViN YEAGER AND DEE ANN YEAGER, HU3BAND AND WIFE, a.S tl UStOT', t0
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA
<br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION as Beneficiary dated FEBRUARY
<br />29, 1996 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 96-io�c �8, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In considera�ion of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and cla.im acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real esta.te described in paragraph 3 below.
