<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 7, 2010 executed by Curtis R. Cellar and Richelle J. �'��
<br />Cellar, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as C
<br />Beneflciary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust v,ras recorded as Instrument No. 0201003163 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10�' day of May, 2010.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deeds of Trust dated May 10, 2010, as Instrument No.
<br />0201003163 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
