<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated August 12�', 2010, executed by Larry Fowle, A Single Person, in which Five Points
<br />Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded August 18�', 2010 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and recorded as Instrument #0201005840, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />Suite Thirty-Six (36), and Garage "V", in "D" Windsor Square Condominium
<br />Property Regime, Unit Four (4), Lot Two (2), Block Eight (8), Replat of
<br />Continenta.l Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />a/k/a 3027 W. Capital Avenue, Suite 36, Grand Island NE 68803-1811
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
