<br /> receiver shall be liable tio account only for those rents actually

<br /> 5. �onstruction of Provisions. Each of the provieions con-

<br /> ment shall, unless otherwise specifically required, be construed
<br /> � in accnrdance with Nebraska law, and in the event any provision
<br /> herein or therein contained ehall be determined by a court of
<br /> competent juriediction to be unenforaeable, the eame shall be
<br /> { construed as though such' unenforceable provieion were not a part
