<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 12, 2009, executed by Trevor L. Simons and Jeanne M. Simons;
<br />Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, on
<br />August 19, 2009, recorded as Instrument No. 0200906871, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey. the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Nine (9), Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that a11 sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
