Carlson, as husband and wife __ <br />("Borrower"). <br />The trustee is US Bank National Association <br />("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Mortgage Electronic <br />Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") (solely as nominee for Lender, as hereinafter defined, and Lender's <br />successors and assigns).
