<br />YOU ARE IIEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />October 27, 2006, by BYRON P. O'CONNELL, a single person and CINDY K. WOLTMAN, a
<br />single person, Trustors, in favor of WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Beneficiary, and U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on October 27, 2006,
<br />as Instrument No. 200609618, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. to U.5.
<br />BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated October 27, 2006, and filed for record on October
<br />27, 2006, as Instrument No. 200609619 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. BART M. STURDY has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK
<br />TRUST COMPANY, N.A., by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />THE EAST FOURTEEN (14) FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11) AND ALL OF LOT
<br />TWELVE (12),1N BLOCK NINE (9), MORRIS FIFTH ADDTTION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, BART
<br />M. STURDY, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §
<br />76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Tnastee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
