<br /> or to environmental conditions on, under ar about the Property.
<br /> including, but not limited to, soil a�d qroundwater conditions.
<br /> Trustor shall not u�e, generate, manufacture, store or dispose of
<br /> on, under or about the Property or transport to br from the
<br /> Property any flaiamable explosives, radioactive materials. hazardous
<br /> • wastes, toxic substances or related materials, including� without
<br /> limitation, any substances defined as or included ia the defini-
<br /> tion of "hazardous substances", "hazardous i,taetes", "lsazardous
<br /> materials" or "toxic substaaces" und�er any applicable laws,
<br /> � ordinances or regulationa Icollectfvely referred to hereinafter
<br /> as "gaxardous Materia�s") . Horrower heseby warrants and repre-
<br /> sents �o Lender that there are no Hazr�rcious Mafierials on or under
<br /> the Prop�rty. Borrower hereby agreea to iademnify and hold
<br /> harmless I,ender, its directors, officers� employees and aqents,
<br /> and any successors to Lender"s interest, f�com and aqainst any and
<br /> ail clairas, daia�ges ana liaUilities ariainq in connection with
<br /> the presence, use, s�orage, disposal or tranaport of any Aaaardous
