<br />THAT I or We, JUDITH A. LAUTENSCHLAGER, herein called the grantor,
<br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable
<br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto JUDITH A. LAUTENSCHLAGER, Trustee of the Judith A. Lautenschlager S�
<br />Living Trust dated November 9, 2005, herein called the grantee, whether one or more� �

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point in the north-south centerline of said Section 8 that is 525.0 feet south,
<br />measured along said north-south centerline, from the north quarter-corner
<br />thereof; thence west, along a straight line parallel with the north line of said
<br />section, a distance of 209.0 feet; then south, along a straight line parallel with
<br />said north-south centerline, a distance of 275.0 feet; thence east, along a
<br />straight line parallel with said north line, a distance of 309.0 feet; thence
<br />north, along a straight line parallel with said north-south centerline, a distance
<br />of 275.0 feet; thence west, along a straight line parallel with said north line, a

<br />from encumbrance; provided, however, this conveyance is subject to easements,
<br />restrictions, mortgages and other encumbrances of record; that grantor has good right
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same; and the grantor warrants and will defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
