<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT I or We, JUDITH A. LAUTENSCHLAGER, herein called the grantor, whether one
<br />or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration received
<br />from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JUDITH A.
<br />LAUTENSCHLAGER, Trustee of the Judith A. Lautenschalger Living Trust dated November 9,
<br />2005, herein called the grantee, whether one or more, the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF (%z) INTEREST IN AND TO: The West Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (W %a NW'/4 ) of Section Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Nine (9�, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a certain tract of land as condemned by the State of Nebraska more
<br />particularly described in Miscellaneous Book 28, Page 469 and Miscellaneous
<br />Book 17, Page 477 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and a certain tract of land deeded to the State of Nebraska in Deed
<br />Book 135, Page 231 and Deed Book 77, Page 358, and a certain tract as
<br />recorded in Survivorship Warranty Deed in Book 154, Page 211 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and all of Johnson Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs

<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance;
<br />provided, however, this conveyance is subject to easements, restrictions, mortgages and
<br />other encumbrances of record; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and the grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
