<br />23. CROSS-COLLATERAL PROVISION. In addition to the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and
<br />other obligations secured hereby and all future advances made at I.ender's option or advanced to protect the security
<br />ofthe Deed ofTrust, This Deed ofTrust shall further secure all other obligations, debts and liabilities, plus interest
<br />thereon, of Borrower, or any one or more of them, to I.ender, as well as all claims by Lenderagainst Borrower or any
<br />one or more of them, whether now existing or hereafter arising, whether related or unrelated to the purpose of the
<br />Note, whether voluntar� or otherwise, whether due or not due, direct or indirect, determined or undetermined,
<br />ahsolute or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, whether Borrower may be liable individuallyor others,
<br />and whether obligated as guarantor, surety, accommodation party or otlierwise.
<br />24. Recanveyance. Upon payment ofall sums secured bythis Security Instrument, Lender sha11 request
<br />Trustee to ie-convey the Property and shall surrender this Security Instrument and all notes evidencing debt secured
<br />by this Security Instrument to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warrantyto the person ar persons
<br />legally entitled to it. Such person or persons shall �ay any recordation costs. Lender may charge such person or
<br />persons a fee for reconveying the Pro�erty, but only ifthe fee is paid to a third party (such as the Trustee) for services
<br />rendered and the charging of the fee is permitted under Applicable Law.
<br />25. Substitute Trastee. Lender, at its option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a
<br />successor trustee to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an mstrument recorded in the county in which this Security
<br />Instrument is recorded. Without conveyance ofthe Pro�e the successor trustee shall succeedto allthetitle, power
<br />and duties confened upon Trustee herein and by Applicable Law.
<br />26. Request for Notices. Bonower requests that eopies of the notice of default and sale be sent to
<br />Borrower's address which is the Property Address.
<br />27. On�oing Financial Informarion Requirement Borrower shall furnish to lender, financial information
<br />of sufficient yuality as dictated by the lender, annually, within 120 days ofthe borrower's fiscal year-end, unless more
<br />frequent submission is specified by the lender. Such financial information may relate to any borrower on the sub�ject
<br />loan or any related entitY of any borrower, as well as, any principal of any bonower, or any guarantor ofthe sub�ect
<br />loan. Reyuested financial information may include balance sheets, income statetnents, busaness or personal federal
<br />income tax returns, properiy operating statements, �roperty rent rolls, and relevant leaseagreements. If borrower
<br />fails to furnish requested financial information withm the timeframes specified, lender shall, at its option, have the
<br />right to increase the interest rate on the subject loan to the maximum legally allowable rate until the requested
<br />information is received by the lender.
