<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERAT'ION, including the indebtedness identified herein and
<br />the trust herein created, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Trustors irrevocably grant,
<br />transfer, convey, and assign to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit
<br />and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust,
<br />the real properly located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as: That part of the
<br />following described real estate which part lies South of Interstate Highway 80: Lots Three (3)
<br />and Four (4), and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW�/aSW�/a) of Section
<br />Twenty-two (22); and Lot One (1) on Island, in Section Twenty-seven (27), all in Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, profits, royalties, income and other benefits derived from
<br />the real property; all leases or subleases covering the real property or any portion thereof, now or
<br />hereafter existing or entered into, and all right, title and interest of Trustors thereunder; all
<br />interests, estate or other claims, both in law and in equity, which Trustors now have or may
<br />hereafter acquire in the real property; all easements, rights-of-way, tenements, hereditaments and
