Ellis, a Single Person, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State <br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Vailey State Bank & Trust Company, <br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 4, 2004, recorded March 10, 2004 as Instrument <br />#0200402285 and Deed of Trust dated October 14, 2005, recarded October.28, 2005.as <br />Instrument #0200510713 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County; N�braska have <br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
