Doremus and Allen L. <br />Doremus, Trustees of the Arlene A. Doremus Trust Agreement of 1999, Grantor, whether <br />one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Brian G. <br />Simmons and Gina M.
