Ahlschwede, Attorney, as <br />Trustee, dated November 28, 200�,, and recorded December 20, 200�,, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hali County, Nebraska as Instrument No 0200113166 regarding <br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconve ap nce• The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by THAYER FAM�Y L.L.C., A NEBRASKA LIMITED LiABiLITY COMPANY, as <br />Trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE <br />BANK, formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary dated <br />November 28, 2001 and recorded December 20, 2002 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No 0200113166, has been paid, and the <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be .executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
