<br />1. Substitutioa of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by , THAYER FAMILY L.L.C., A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Trustor, in
<br />which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as, EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK ��
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND aka THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ��
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the LENDER
<br />and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated Juae 12, 1998,, and recorded
<br />Juae �2, 1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 98-105707 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Recoaveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by THAYER FAMILY L.L.C., A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY,
<br />as Trustor, to Eaxl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE
<br />BA1VK, formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, aka The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, as
<br />Lender, dated Juae 12, 1998 and recorded Juae 12, 1998 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hali County, Nebraska as Document No.98-105707, has been paid, and
<br />the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
