Substitutioa of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Deed of Recoaveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by E12NEST J THAYER AND JAriICE M THAYER, HUSBAND AND W�E, as <br />Trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE <br />BANK, formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary dated <br />November Z8, 2001 and recorded December 20, 2001 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of xall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200113167, has been paid, and <br />the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed <br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
