201104121 <br />(C) "Lender" is Home Federal Savi ngs and Loan Assn of Grand Isl and <br />Lender is a Savi ngs and Loan <br />organized and ea�isting under the laws of T h e St a t e o f N eb r a s k a . <br />Lender's address is 221 South Locust St Grand Isl and NE 68801- <br />Lender is the benefieiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Arend R Baack, Attorney <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated J u n e U 1, 2 011 . <br />The Note states that Borrawer owes Lender TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN <br />HUNDRED SEFIENTY FIVE AND 00/100 Dollars <br />(U. S. $ 2 79 . 7 75 . 0 0 ) plus interest.
