Wrehe and Judy A. Wrehe, husband and vrife, Trustor under a Deed <br />of Trust recorded ia the office of the Register of Deed of HALL, Nebraska, on 9/1/2005 as instrvment no. <br />200508636 in Book � at Page 1ocx, of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following <br />described real properiy, to wit: <br />222 East 6th Street <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />Lot 8, Block 5, Original Town, Now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />has breached an obligation for which said ttust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust. The Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold by the property described above in order to <br />satisfy the obligation that was breached. <br />The nature of such breach is as follows: The installments of principal and interest which became due on 5/1/2009, <br />and all subsequent installments of principal and interest through the date of this Notice, plus amounts that aze due <br />for late charges, delinquent property taxes, insurance premiums, advances made on senior liens, taxes and/or <br />instu�ance, trustee's fees, and any attorney fees and court costs arising from or associated with the beneficiaries <br />efforts to protect and preserve its security, a11 of which must be paid as a condition of reinstatement, including all <br />sums that shall accrue through reinstatement or pay-off. If you notify the undersigned in writing <br />within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the original creditor is different <br />from the above named creditor, the name and addtess of the original creditor will be provided to you if you request <br />this information in writing form the undersigned within thirty (30) days from yow receipt of this notice.
