<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Clinton J. Rueth�r and Cassandra J. Ruether;
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 22" day of September 2010, and recorded on the 28 day
<br />of September 2010, recorded as instrument number 0201007055 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />theretc�, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
