<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on May 2, 2006,
<br />as Document number 0200603850 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by DANNELL L SIMMONS, AND
<br />KEITH A SIMMONS, WIFE AND HUSBAND, AS JOINT TENANTS AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON,
<br />as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRO1vIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary,
<br />hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has
<br />occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of
<br />January 1, 2011, is in the amount of $96,881.24, plus interest thereafter. You aze further notified that because of
<br />such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under
