<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by, Gary E. Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the
<br />30th day of January 2007, and recorded on the 14 day of February 2007, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument #200701175, has been
<br />partially paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Benefiaiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
