<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Cynthia Thompson, Guardian and °�j�

<br />nowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Mike A. Deines and
<br />ne L. Deines, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as
<br />mts in common, the following described real property in HallCounty, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Three (3), in Cunningham Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of vacated alley more
<br />particuIarIy described in Ordinance No. 8371, filed April 1, 1998 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 98-103011
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br />appurtenances there�o belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and
<br />gns of the survivor of them forever.
<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns and with the
<br />•s and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that
