<br />1. Substitutioa of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />8802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />:OTT M PARKER AND KATHLEEN R PARKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which
<br />[TABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />med as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated
<br />:H 14, 2003 and recorded M�cH 17, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No . 200303120 regarding the real estate
<br />in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Recoaveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust

<br />lschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA

<br />03, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />cument No 200303120, has been paid, and the Beneficiaty has requested in
<br />g that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />sement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Ben ficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all e right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
