<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WE�REAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />xst Deed dated December 16, 2010 and executed by Starostka Group Unlimited Inc., a Nebraska
<br />rporation and Hasting Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which
<br />re Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />ich was recorded as Instrument #201009694 at the Register of Deeds office of Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br />the 27�' day of December, 2010.
<br />WI�REAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Woodland Park Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />.tled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WI�REOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
