<br />This AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (the "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 4F 4 day

<br />2502A North Webb Rd, Grand Island, NE 68803, and Tower Assets Newco IX, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
<br />company, whose address is 4091 Viscount, Memphis, Tennessee, hereinafter called "Lessee."
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, Lessor and Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC d /b /a Verizon Wireless previously entered into that
<br />certain Lease Agreement dated July 24, 2006 (the "Lease "), which Lease was assigned to Lessee on
<br />April 1, 2011; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Lease relates to certain real property located in, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described in Exhibit A to the Lease (the "Real Property "); and
<br />WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee deem it appropriate to amend the Lease.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree as follows:
