<br />I am an Abstracter and Title Insurance Agent for Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title
<br />Co. Licensed in the State Nebraska and have searched the records in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska and sYate as follows:
<br />l.On December 29, 2010, Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation, a
<br />Nebraska non-profit corporation conveyed Title to Panowicz Land Company, LLC
<br />by Corporation Warranty Deed filed December 30, 2010 in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office as Document No. 201009848. T'he Properiy was described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWI/4), and a part of the 5outhwest
<br />Quarter (SWl/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., and all of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), all of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a
<br />part of the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4), and a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section
<br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., all being in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast

<br />comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4), and a part of the Sonthwest Quarter
<br />(SWl/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
