Licensed in the State Nebraska and have searched the records in the Register of <br />Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska and sYate as follows: <br />l.On December 29, 2010, Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation, a <br />Nebraska non-profit corporation conveyed Title to Panowicz Land Company, LLC <br />by Corporation Warranty Deed filed December 30, 2010 in the Register of Deeds <br />Office as Document No. 201009848.
