<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by DUSTIN T
<br />RUZICKA as Trustor to U.S. BANK TRUST C�OMPANY, NA as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMER(T FIN�aNCE AL�THORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated MIARCH 24. 2006 and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book NA Page IVA or Instrument Number
<br />0200602583 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA. INVESTMENT
