<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />July 13, 2007, by ENJOLI M. DONNER and JASON D. DONNER, wife and husband, Trustors,
<br />in favor of TIERONE BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on July 13, 2007, as Instrument No.
<br />2007-05939, of the Mortgage Records of Ha11 County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />the original Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment filed
<br />for record on August 31, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-07513 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER has been appointed as Successor Trustee,
<br />replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 5, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDEDIN
<br />BOOK 137, PAGE 559 AND THE WESTERLY 19 FEET OF LOT 6, ALL IN BLOCK 1,
<br />WINDOLPH'S ADDLTION TO'TI� CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
