DONNER and JASON D. DONNER, wife and husband, Trustors, <br />in favor of TIERONE BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on July 13, 2007, as Instrument No. <br />2007-05939, of the Mortgage Records of Ha11 County, Nebraska.
