<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corpararion, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deeds of Trust dated December 26, 2001, and October 19, 2007, executed by Emilie L.
<br />McGovern; a Single Woman, in which Five Points Banlc is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 2, 2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200200005, and on October 26, 2007,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200709170, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that a11 sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Tnxst, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
