<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 21, 2011, and executed by Heather L. Glause f/k/a
<br />Heather L. Kasperbauer and Chad K. Glause, Wife and Husband , as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on February 1, 2011, as Instrument No.
<br />0201100887,and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Four (4), Ross Heights Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
