Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Tsland, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed �� <br />by GALEN E GERDES AND TAMERA M GERDES; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which <br />EQUITABLE BANI�, formerly knawn as, �QUITABLE FEDER.AL SAVINGS BANK OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as <br />Trustee, dated May 7, 2002 and recorded May 9, 2002 in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hali County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200205028 regarding the real <br />esta.te described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Recoavepance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by GALEN E GERDES AND TAMERA M GERDE3; HU3BAND AND WIFE as trustor, to <br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, <br />formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, dated May 7, <br />2002 and recorded May 9, 2002 in the office af the Register of Deeds of Hau County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 02002o502s, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />con�rmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
