Schliesman and Kenneth <br />J. Schliesman, ife and husband and June C. Sprague, a single person and Jon R. Sprague <br />and Chol N. , husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Jon R. Sprague and Chol N.
