<br />Swanson; Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 28, 2007, recorded as Instrument No. 0200708363, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots Thirty-seven (37) and Thirty-eight (38), Belmont Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that a11 sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fu11y paid;
