Neb. 2007, as amended; <br />WHEREAS, Corporation has entered into a Trust Indenture and Security Agreement <br />dated as of October 1, 2005, with Wells Fazgo Bank, National Association, as trustee (the <br />"Trustee") under which the Corporation issued, on behalf of the City, the Corporation's Building <br />Bonds (Library Project), Series 2005, in the original principal amount of Seven Million Dollazs <br />($7,000,000) (the "2005 Bonds"); <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Corporation have entered into an Addendum to Lease <br />Purchase Agreement dated as of October 1, 2005 (the "First Addendum"), which First <br />Addendum finalized certain terms of the Original Lease Purchase Agreement relating to the <br />issuance of the 2005 Bonds; <br />WHEREAS, Corporation has entered into a Trust Indenture and Security Agreement <br />dated as of May 1, 2011 (the "Indenture") �vith Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as <br />trustee (the "Trustee") under which the Corporation is issuing, on behalf of the City, the <br />Corporation's Refunding Building Bonds (Library Project), Series 2011, in the principal amount <br />of Three Million Seven Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($3,795,000) (the "2011 Bonds") <br />for the purpose of refunding the outstanding 2005 Bonds; <br />O <br />N <br />0 <br />f --► <br />� <br />0 <br />C.�J <br />-�] <br />� <br />CD <br />s v <br />��a <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the issuance of the 2011 Bonds, it is necessary and <br />advisable for the City and the Corporation to enter into this Second Addendum of the Lease <br />Purchase Agreement in order to modify certain provisions related to the 2011 Bonds; <br />
