� � . <br />. <br />201103788 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Mortgage, Trust Indenture and Security Agreement <br />Project Description <br />DESCRIPTION OF SITE <br />The site for Project shall be the following descnbed real estate located in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Seventeen (17), Arnold and <br />Abbott's Addition and its complement thereto, Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block <br />One (1), Arnold Place and the vacated alley to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska; and, <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Eight (8), Block Sixteen (16) <br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition and Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Si�c <br />(6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Two (2), Spaulding and Gregg's Addition and <br />Lot eight (8), Block Two (2), Arnold Place and the vacated alley to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska; and, <br />Vacated Washington Street between West Second Street and West Third Street to <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />The Project consists of an addition to the existing library owned by the City providing <br />approximately 25,000 square feet of useable space constructed on the Site with proceeds of the <br />Building Bonds. <br />30 <br />
