Stat 76-1001 <br />to 76-1018, a Trust Deed was executed by Robert Paul Baker Jr. and Christina Baker <br />("Trusters") to Sam Grimminger, as trustee ("Tr,.:st~:,"), ivr the bencfit of The Edna M. <br />Crow Revocable Trust, the beneficiary named therein ("Beneficiary"), recorded on the <br />11th day of February, 2010 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 201000945; and <br />WHEREAS, Trustee filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, a Notice of Default, identifying the Trust Deed by stating the name of <br />the Trustors named therein and giving the Instrument Number where the same was <br />recorded, a description of the Trust property, and said Notice containing a statement that <br />a breach of an obligation for which the Trust property was conveyed as security had <br />occurred, and setting forth the nature of such breach and of the Trustee's election to sell <br />or cause to be sold such property to satisfy the obligation; and <br />WHEREAS, after the lapse of not less than one month, the breach or default was <br />not cured as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Trustee gave written notice of the time and place of sale <br />particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of said notice at least five <br />(5) times, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the last publication being at least <br />ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the sale, in a newspaper having <br />general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, all according to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the sale was held at the time and place designated in the Notice of <br />Sale which was between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and was held at the <br />Courthouse of the county in which the property to be sold was situated; and <br />WHEREAS, the Notice of Sale was in substantially the form as provided by the <br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; and <br />WHEREAS, on the date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of <br />Sale, to wit: the 10"' day of May, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. and after holding the sale open, the <br />Trustee sold the property at public auction to The Edna M.
