<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, Geneva,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 21, 2005 executed by 4Evergreen I,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which Geneva State Bank, 896 G Street,
<br />Geneva, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded December
<br />23, 2005 in Instrument #0200512540 of Mortgages in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey the
<br />following described premises, reciting that a portion of the sum secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been amended to reflect the Partial
<br />Deed of Reconveyance herein.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provision of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Outlot "A" lying south of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Cedar Ridge Second Subdivision now being
<br />known as part of Cedar Ridge Third Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express terms and conditions that it shall in no
<br />wise affect the lien of the above mentioned Deed of Trust on the remaining land described in said Deed of
<br />Trust, but shall be construed as a reconveyance by the undersigned of the land above described.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank, has cause this Partial Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed by its Sr. Vice President and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on May 9,
<br />2011,
