<br />WHEREAS� a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, ANTHONY J
<br />SEIM AN�N JANNELLE M WELLS, single persons, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and i,Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated August 4, 2006, and recorded on August 4,
<br />2006, in the ��office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />200606985 �as been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS� the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the properiy held by
<br />Central Natibnal Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person o� persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of th�e Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
