The Security <br />Instrument cov',ers the Property described above. <br />Secured Deb� The Secured Debt and Future <br />Advances (so etimes refened to as Secured Debts) <br />section of the �ecurity Instrument is amended to <br />add the follow�ng sentence as the last sentence in <br />the final paragr�aph: <br />This Sec�rity Instrument will not secure any <br />other de t if Lender fails, with respect to that <br />other det�t, to fulfill any necessary <br />requir ents or limitations of Sections 19(a), <br />32 or 3�5 of Regulation Z. <br />❑ Escrow for Taxes and Insurance.
