Mesner, as Trustee for the benefit of the Gordon A. <br />Nelson and Susan E. Nelson, husband and wife, as Beneficiary, in consideration of the <br />payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Richard D. Callahan <br />and Lisa C. Callahan, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Kathryn L.
