<br />Andrew Encing�er and Julie Encin e� r,_ to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, datecf _ March 3, 2010 , and recorded
<br />March 3, 2010 , in the Off'ice of the Register of Deeds oi� HaII County, Nebraska Instrument
<br />Number #0201001370, has been paid, and said Benefici��ty has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirm�ed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment a�d in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee dc�es by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto ,all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />(9) West of the 6�' P,M., Hall County, Nebraska, more p;articulaxly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Bel-Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />running thence in a Southerly direction along and upon the East line of said Southeast Quarter, a
<br />distance of 380 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing on said East line in a
<br />Southerly direction for a distance of 75 feet; thence turning arnd running Westerly parallel to the
<br />South line of said Section 20 , a distance of 115 feet; thence trarning and running Northerly on a
<br />line paratlel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 75 feet; thence turning and
<br />running Easterly parallel with the South Line of said Section 20, a distance of 115 feet to the
<br />point of beginning.
