.��k ' � . s � . <br />201103624 <br />.� <br />RESOLUTION NO. � n�_3.0_ <br />A Resolution authorizing the mayor of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, to execute one <br />or more Contracts for the sale of real property to the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads and <br />to authorize execution of one or more deeds to the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads <br />pursuant thereto. <br />WHEREA5, the 5tate of Nebraska, Department of Roads has notified the City of Wood <br />River, Nebraska, of its desire to purchase from the City two tracts of land containing a total of <br />0.98 acres more or less located in part of Government Lot One (1), Section Eighteen (18), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Rang� Eleven (11), West of the 6` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, for a <br />total purchase price of $2,600.00, and <br />WHEREAS, § 17-503.01 of the Reissued Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the <br />''� <br />City Council to pass a Resolution directing the sale of the property and further directs notice of <br />the sale be posted in three prominent places within the City for a period of not less than seven <br />days prior to its sale, and <br />WI-�REAS, the City Council of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, is empowered by <br />law to authorize the Mayor to execute contracts for sale of the above described property and the <br />necessary deeds for its conveyance to the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wood <br />River, �e�ras a as o ows: <br />---- <br />1. That the Mayor of the City of Wood River be and hereby is authorized to execute <br />Acquisition Contracts and Deeds for the sale of �.q�lacres more or less as more particularly <br />described on attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference to the State of Nebraska, <br />Department of Roads for a sale price of $2,600.00. <br />2.
