<br />Lyle Kemp, a Single Person, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of
<br />Iove and affection received from the grantee, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Lyle Kemp and Adeline McCurley as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SE1/4) of Section Four (4),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., more particularly
<br />described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a point on the East line of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE1/4) of said Section, One Hundred Twenty-Two (122) Rods South of the
<br />Northeast corner of said Quarter section, running thence West and parallel with the
<br />North line of said Quarter Section, Eighty (80) Rods, more or less, to the West line of the

<br />Nebraska;
<br />Subject to public roads and highways, easements and restrictions of record.
