Baack, Attorney, Trustee under those certain Deeds of Trust �� D <br />dated January 27, 2004, and June 30, 2005, wherein Carolyn A Terjak, a Single Person, is the <br />Trustor, which Deeds of Trust were filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on February 2, 2004, and July 14, 2005, as Instrument No. 0200400974 and <br />0200506518, and contain as trust property the following-described real estate: <br />The West One Half (W1/2) of Lot Twenty Four (24), and all of Lot Twenty Five <br />(ZS), of Sass Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and <br />The East Ten (10') Feet of Lot Nine (9), in Windolph's Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 3205 East Seedling Mile Road, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note and Home Equity Credit Line <br />secured by those Deeds of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated January 27, 2004, and <br />that certain Line of Credit Agreement dated June 30, 2005, owing from Trustor to the <br />Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deeds referred to above, which secure this <br />obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />) <br />) ss: <br />) <br />� � By: <br />Arend R.
