�4i103�2� <br />2. That a Notice of Default was recorded by Substitute Trustee on February 15, <br />2011, as Instrument No. 0201101261 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. On February 17, 2011 , a copy of the Notice of Default was served on: <br />Joel Shafer <br />66 Ponderosa Drive <br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 <br />Joel Shafer, President <br />Shafer Commercial Properties, LLC <br />1004�' Diers Avenue, Suite 210 <br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 <br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid. The letters were <br />returned, refused service. <br />3. That Trustor failed to cure the default within thirty (30) da.ys after the recording of <br />the Notice of Default. <br />4. Substitute Trustee published Notice of Sale to be held on the 2nd da.y of May, <br />2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the lower level of the Hall County Courthouse, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which notice was published in The <br />Independent, a legal newspaper therein, once a week for five (5) consecutive <br />weeks, commencing March 22, 2011 and ending April 19, 2011. The last <br />publication of notice was at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale held on <br />May 2, 2011, and was not later than thirty (30) days after the last publication of <br />Notice. <br />5.
