<br />That Shafer Commercial Properties, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor, on the 10�` day of April 2006, executed and delivered to the Hastings Sta.te Bank, as
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, a Deed of Trust which was filed of record on April 12, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No. 20060322,�in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the Hastings State Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, on the
<br />30th day of April 2008, executed and delivered to Mid City Bank-Branch 1, an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust and Note which was filed of record on September 14, 2008 as Instrument No.
<br />0200807808 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />On February 10, 2011, Trustee and Assignee named and appointed, Rana A. Scarlett-
<br />Johnson, a member of the Nebraska Sta.te Bar Association, of 10250 Regency Circle Suite 350,
<br />Omaha, Nebraska, 68114, of Douglas County, Nebraska, Substitute Trustee to act under and by
<br />virtue of said Deed of Trust and Assignment of Note and Deed of Trust. The Appointment of
<br />Substitute Trustee was filed as Instn�.ment No. 20w806789 in the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Hereinafter, Rana A. Scarlett-Johnson, will be referred to as "Substitute
<br />Trustee".
<br />T'he Substitute Trustee in consideration of Three Hundred Thousand and, and 00/100
<br />Dollars ($300,000.00) and other valua.ble consideration received from the Beneficiary under the
<br />Deed of Trust, and purchaser at sa1e, Mid City Bank Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Grantee",
